We take the privacy of each person who visits our online store (the "Website") very seriously. We will always process your Personal Data in accordance with the law and for this reason OCTO has adopted specific policies and security measures to protect your personal data.
OCTO reserves the right to occasionally make changes to its Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes in our Privacy Policy by posting the modifications on this Website. We will post the updated policy on our Website, and thus we encourage you to periodically review this page.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated in and subject to our Terms and Conditions which are displayed below.

OCTO collects Personal Data from visitors to the website and from those who register their information for marketing materials. OCTO also use cookies and tracks IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your Website experience.

Customers who choose to register on our Website and expressly provide OCTO with their consent will receive, via electronic communication, announcements of new product, new content and OCTO events.
We also utilize your Personal Data to process and complete your orders, process and deal with any complaints or enquiries made by you, monitor, develop and improve the Website and your user experience and to process the registration and maintenance of your customer account.
At any time customers may choose to unsubscribe with OCTO and the company will no longer deliver OCTO communications to that e-mail address.
Does OCTO share my Personal Data
OCTO does not sell, rent or disclose our client's names, addresses, email addresses or other Personal Data to any non-OCTO entity. In order to maintain our Website and provide our clients with electronic commerce and communication services, OCTO contracts with selected third parties. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding.
If OCTO is acquired by another entity, information about OCTO clients may be made available to the new entity. However, the new entity will agree to protect the confidentiality of your personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

If you are registered with us and would like to delete your registration and personal details from our database please send an e-mail to customercare@octostyle.com and we will immediately and safely delete all your personal details from our database.

Please read carefully the following general terms and conditions (the "Terms") governing your use of this website (the "Website") or when placing orders to purchase any of the goods on the website. Any reference to "we"/“us”/"our" in these Terms is a reference to OCTO and any reference to "you"/"your" means you, the user of the Website any reference to Business Day means any day Monday through Friday, other than a public holiday in Ireland. Use of this Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by and to act in accordance with these Terms. OCTO reserves the right to change the Terms at anytime. Any such changes will be posted on this Site and you agree to be bound by such changes.
Access
You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Terms and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.
The Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the goods you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and will not constitute a binding contract of sale until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.
Purchases made on the Website are for your personal or gift use and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to refuse orders for multiple quantities of an item ordered by any one customer or to any one postal address.
Description of Goods
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed in this site we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and colour.
Pricing
All prices are in United States Dollars. Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. The product prices are not inclusive of shipping but do include customs clearance charges.
OCTO makes every effort to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a product shall occur, OCTO will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If OCTO is unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled.
Any special offers will be priced accordingly showing the specific period this item is on special offer for.
The Order Process
The details and the price of the product are detailed in the single page of each product listed on the site.
You may select items from our range of goods, details of which will be added to the "Shopping Basket" by clicking on the “Add to Shopping Basket” button. By clicking on the “Place Order” button, you submit an offer to buy the goods in the Shopping Basket.
You will then automatically be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (the "Confirmation E-Mail") with a summary of the details of your order. The Confirmation E-mail does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received the order. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any Confirmation E-Mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether. We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we have your approval.
We will send you a second e-mail when we dispatch your goods which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (the "Acceptance E-Mail"), at which point a binding contract of sale will be concluded between You and Us. In an effort to eliminate all unnecessary packaging and paperwork from our processes, instead of receiving a physical copy with your shipment attached to this Acceptance E-mail you will find your order packing list for your reference.
Payment
We offer secure payment by Visa and MasterCard.
The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only once the credit card data has been verified and only then after OCTO has received the debiting authorization from the credit card issuer.
You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
Payment will be debited from Your account upon receipt of Your order by OCTO.
Delivery Charges and Times
At present OCTO is only in a position to dispatch and deliver orders to the United States of America.
The prices displayed on our website do not include delivery charges. All orders are shipped via UPS and we charge a flat rate shipping charge of $10 regardless of Your final destination or of Your order size.
Dispatch of Your order will normally occur on the next business day following confirmation of your order. Delivery should normally occur within three to four business days of us sending you the Acceptance E-Mail i.e. order dispatch. Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on your location.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on your order form. OCTO cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. Please note that We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of the date of dispatch. This e-mail will include a copy of your shipment packing list and a UPS tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment via the UPS website.
Whilst we will do our best to meet any dispatch estimates that we give you, please note that they are just that, an estimate not a guarantee and should not be treated as such. On occasion, it may take us more than 30 days to deliver your goods. If you change your mind in the meantime, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation policy.
In the event that we are unable to meet the original delivery time stated in the Acceptance E-Mail, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and at the same time specify a new estimated delivery time.
Where you have ordered multiple goods, we may sometimes need to deliver your goods in more than one delivery. If more than one delivery will be required, we will always inform you beforehand.
If for any reason the goods ordered by you are not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you of this by e-mail. Our acceptance of your order in the Acceptance E-Mail is limited to the goods that are available. No contract of sale will be concluded in respect of goods that are not available.
You will need to ensure that someone is present at the given delivery address to sign for the order when it is delivered.
At the time of the delivery by the courier, the customer shall verify that the packaging is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and or in the product(s) shall be immediately notified by indicating it in writing on the courier’s delivery documents. Once the customer has signed the courier’s transportation document, the customer may not reject the product based on the external packaging of the Product.
As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility.
Returns and Cancellations
Through our 14 day returns guarantee OCTO wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customer. OCTO will refund the entire cost of the Product(s) that are returned by the Customer provided they are returned in a new and unused condition. New and unused condition means that the product is in its original packaging and does not display and visible signs of use or wear and tear.
You can return it to us in its new and unused condition within 14 days of the date of when the Product was dispatched to you.
The initial delivery costs are not refundable.
All the delivery expenses for the return of the Products shall be borne by the Customer and are not refundable.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt and any products damaged after receipt by you will not be refunded.
The refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Should you wish to return an item you have ordered please contact Customer Care on customercare@octostyle.com We will then issue you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and supply you with complete return instructions.
When contacting Customer Care please reference the following details:
• Your order reference number (please refer to your order confirmation e-mail)
• The items(s) you are returning or cancelling
• Reasons for return or cancellation
• Whether you would like a replacement or refund
Please note that an RMA number must be clearly displayed on the packaging as returned product will not be accepted without an RMA number correctly displayed.
OCTO undertakes to promptly refund the Customer within 30 days from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the goods. Once the refund has been completed OCTO will issue a confirmation e-mail.
We recommend using a courier for the return of the Product(s) in order to allow for the tracking of the shipment as we will not be held responsible for the refund or exchange of those Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
OCTO reserves the right to refuse to accept any products that does not conform to the prevision of the above paragraph.
In the case of defective product please contact customer care at customercare@octostyle.com immediately on receiving the goods.
Please then follow the same procedure as above to return the product(s) to us.
On receipt of the goods we will inspect them and once in agreement with you we will provide you with replacement goods where available, or alternatively give you a full refund for the goods.
In the case with defective goods OCTO will cover the cost of returning the product and issuing you with a replacement.
Your Personal Data
The personal information that you provide to us whilst using the Website is very important to us and we will only collect and use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy as outlined above.
Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights
Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trade marks or other of our intellectual property rights.
We provide the Website to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The content of the Website may not be used for any other purpose without our express written permission.
Product Warranty
All products carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Customs
We will be considered the importer of record for any orders placed through our Website. We respect and comply with all appropriate laws and regulations, and as the importer of record it will be our responsibility to clear customs and pay the associated duties for each shipment.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and all transactions relating to this Website are governed by Irish law and You, and OCTO, hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. However, this will not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer and applicable consumer law requires application of another law (such as the law of your country of residence).
