·         Will the colour of my leather case match the colour I see on screen?

We use only high quality genuine Italian leather in all our products. Leather being a natural material it is prone to slight differences in texture and colour from batch to batch. While every effort is made to ensure that the on-screen colour accurately reflects the actual leather colour some slight variations are likely to occur. Some slight differences are also likely as a result of your computer’s screen and personal settings.

 

·         Do I need to open an account?

You do not need an account to browse the website or view the products. However, should you wish to purchase an item from the web-store you will need to open an account. Registration is a quick and simple process and you will be prompted to register when you go to checkout.

Alternatively, if you would like to keep up to date with what is happening with OCTO then please complete the simple registration form in the “Stay Informed” page to receive our newsletter.

 

·         Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the United States of America but we hope to be able to deliver too many more destinations in the near future.

 

·         Is the cost of shipping included in my order cost?

No, the cost of shipping is not included in the product cost; this will be billed separately when you go to checkout. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 per shipment. This rate is fixed per order, the number of items in your shopping basket or final destination do not affect the charge.

 

·         How long will delivery take and will I be able to track my shipment?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by the daily cut off times, 4pm PST/7pm EST, on the next business day. All OCTO shipments ship via UPS and shipping times will vary depending on your destination. Typically a shipment to the U.S. will take 3 to 4 transit days.

Typical order timeline:

  1. Order cut-off time:  4pm PST/7pm EST (On a Sunday for example)
  2. Order ships from our facility on the following business day (Monday)
  3. Package will be delivered to your door by UPS on Thursday or Friday

Once you order has been dispatched you will receive a notification e-mail. This e-mail will contain a UPS tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment on the UPS website: http://www.ups.com

 

·         Will customs duties and sales taxes be applied to my order?

OCTO will clear all products through customs when they enter the U.S. and pay all import duties.

Prices displayed for products being delivered to the U.S. do not include local Sales Tax. As we have a presence in California, Kentucky, Texas, North Carolina and Minnesota and to ensure we comply with U.S. government tax laws, any orders originating in these states will be subject to the applicable sales tax at checkout.

 

·         Can I view my order history and update my account details?

Yes, at any time you can log into your account and update your personal details or view the status of your current orders or order history.

To view this information you need to go to the "My Account" link on the navigation bar on the bottom of the screen.

 

·         How will my products be packaged?

All products purchased through the OCTO web-store will be tastefully presented in gift boxes. The products will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a gift box bearing the OCTO logo. The gift boxes will then be placed inside a plain white padded envelope for shipping.

 

·         What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer secure payment by Visa and MasterCard.

 

·         When will I be charged for my purchase?

For Security reasons your card is charged on receipt of your order by OCTO

 

·         If I am not happy with a product can I return it?

Yes, OCTO wishes to ensure that You are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from dispatch for a full refund or product exchange.

You will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the product.

If for any reason you are returning a damaged or defective product OCTO will cover all shipping costs.

 

·         How do I arrange for the return of a product?

To arrange a product return e-mail OCTO customer care at customercare@octostyle.com Please detail in that e-mail, your name, reason for return, order number and whether you require an exchange or refund.  Customer care will then issue you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the product to.

The credit will be applied to the credit card used to originally purchase the goods once the unused product has been received and checked.

 

·         Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We do not accept orders for products we do not currently have in stock therefore the processing time for each order is very short and does not allow us an opportunity to cancel an order before it is dispatched. If for any reason you change your mind after the order has dispatched, then please follow the procedure for returning a product.
